Our focus is on the stretch between New Hope and Bristol because that is the area we know best. If you want to explore more of Bucks County, please visit our friends at Visit Bucks County.
If you want to explore the other communities along both sides of the Delaware River, let us recommend a visit to the Delaware River Scenic Byway website or to the Delaware River Towns Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Bureau’s site.
If you are interested in walking or biking further along the Delaware Canal, check out the trail map for the entire D&L Trail. On the New Jersey side, you can check out the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park.
Finally, if you want a good map to show you how to loop between the two canals using the bridges, the Friends of the Delaware Canal have created a simple but effective graphic here. They also sponsor a variety of events in and along the Canal throughout the year.
