data-workshop“Understanding Your Community’s Customers & Market Profile”

Have you ever wanted to learn about the buying and spending habits of your local customers? Are you interested in using this information to improve your business? Each of the Landmark Towns, New Hope, Yardley, Morrisville, & Bristol, has done the groundwork to obtain a wealth of demographic and psychographic data. Now, what? The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (D&L) is providing you a chance to learn from an expert about the next steps to using this data to understand your customers and market.

Register online by Dec. 5, 2016, to take advantage of free admission to the workshop.  Registered participants will receive a copy of the data for their community as well as a binder for reference.

This workshop is open to the public, but it will be most useful for small business owners and community partners in the Landmark Towns.

This workshop is free for everyone who registers online by Dec. 5, 2016Registered participants will receive a copy of the data for their community as well as a binder for reference.

Our workshop leader is Julie Fitzpatrick, Assistant Director & Special Projects Coordinator for the PA Downtown Center (PDC). Julie teaches a full-day workshop about gathering the raw data and using the resulting reports each year to Main Street Managers across the state. D&L is excited to bring her expertise to the businesses and partners of Landmark Towns.  The December 7 workshop will focus on how to interpret and utilize the data already generated by the Landmark Towns’ community partners.

We will use the data from the town from which the most people register by Dec. 1 as the example in the workshop. Sign up early and see your town’s data come alive!

This workshop is made available by the D&L with funding provided in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation, Environmental Stewardship Fund.
